Senior Project Manager (Public Sector Health Benefits)

Location: Remote, must be located in Alaska, United States. Schedule flexibility is required to support clients across multiple U.S. time zones, with after-hours support and travel as needed.

Salary: $93,500–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex, client-facing, multi-year projects, managing schedules, budgets, contract compliance, status reporting, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and work with clients, customer representatives, developers, and development leadership to resolve issues and plan new development.
• Analyze client processes, recommend solutions, lead client training, and manage implementation, maintenance, and support for new processes and software.
• Manage sprint priorities, delegate testing requirements, contribute to testing, and track potential system bugs.
• Coordinate proposals and responses to bids and requests for proposals, including demonstrations of relevant products and services.
• Supervise and coach 1–2 support and entry-level professionals and lead firm-wide best-practice and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects.
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
• Experience with state benefit programs, including Medicaid and SNAP, and knowledge of eligibility determination processes.
• Knowledge of CMS and FNA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communication, and client-management skills.
• Must be located in Alaska and able to work flexibly across multiple U.S. time zones.
