Touring Executive - Ceremony of Roses (Live Events)

Location: Australia & New Zealand, with Sydney specified. The role includes on-site support at shows and events, domestic and international travel, evening and weekend work during touring periods, and physical handling of merchandise stock and equipment.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day touring merchandise operations across shows, festivals, and live events.
• Coordinate end-to-end tour logistics, including stock deliveries, collections, venue requirements, staffing, and concession arrangements.
• Manage inventory allocations, replenishment, returns, and reconciliation across venues, on-road stock, and warehouses.
• Set up tours in POS and inventory systems such as AtVenu and Square, including product, pricing, and reporting structures.
• Track daily sales, support settlements, and coordinate with finance and other tour stakeholders.
• Coordinate casual merchandise staff and resolve real-time operational issues with venue merchandise managers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in touring, live events, retail operations, or logistics.
• Strong organisation, coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail across inventory, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to safely perform manual handling of merchandise stock and equipment in accordance with safe work practices.

• Music or merchandise experience.
