What you will do

• Lead national operational planning and execution across the Australian Pooling network.
• Champion safety, environmental performance and quality standards across all sites.
• Improve customer service reliability while optimising freight, labour, maintenance and operating costs.
• Strengthen operational excellence through daily management, structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop operational leaders while building accountable and engaged teams.
• Partner with internal teams and external service providers on growth, new business implementation and improved ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience leading multi-site or national operations.
• Capability in operational planning, execution and structured problem-solving.
• Experience managing safety, environmental, quality, service and cost performance.
• Ability to develop operational leaders and build strong, accountable teams.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external service partners.
