Manager, Solutions Engineering (PTFE Filtration)

What you will do

• Lead PTFE-based filtration product development from concept through commercialization.
• Define product strategy for aggressive liquid filtration technologies and align priorities with market requirements.
• Partner with R&D, Applications, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Management, semiconductor fabs, and OEM customers.
• Plan laboratory testing, product validation, technical investigations, and customer qualification activities.
• Develop test methods, generate technical performance data, and lead root cause analysis for product and customer challenges.
• Mentor engineering talent and contribute to technical publications, conferences, and industry leadership.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience, including leadership in product development or applications engineering.
• Deep knowledge of filtration technologies, materials science, and PTFE-based products for aggressive chemical applications.
• Experience with semiconductor wet process applications.
• Track record in new product development, product qualification, and commercialization.
• Customer-facing experience with semiconductor fabs, including IDM and foundry environments, and OEMs.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills; an M.S. or Ph.D. is preferred.
