Process Engineer (Early Career Program) (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, cost, productivity, line yield, and product reliability.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control to improve plant asset utilization and product quality.
• Review and implement Most Effective Technology and operating discipline requirements.
• Maintain process control systems, standard operating procedures, and plant operating standards.
• Manage production responsibilities and coordinate process, safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects.
• Collaborate across functional and regional teams and scale successful improvements to worldwide sites.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above.
• At least one year of engineering experience in semiconductors or chemistry.
• Skills in Statistical Process Control and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology; certification is preferred.
• Planning, organization, influencing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
