Process Support Engineer (Future Opportunities)

Location: Hsinchu, Kaohsiung, Linkou, Taichung, or Tainan, Taiwan; on-site customer support required

What you will do

• Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnosis, servicing, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Work with customers to develop and optimize advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Design hypothesis experiments and design-of-experiments studies, analyze data, and provide technical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and improve process performance.
• Support new technology introductions, process qualifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, equipment engineering, technical support, yield enhancement, process integration, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience with process development, process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, analytical work, and problem-solving.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Travel required for approximately 25% of the time.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
