Senior Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Houston, United States; generally office-based, with inside or outside work depending on the task.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical, and corporate roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for specialized, high-demand aerospace positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and long-term talent plans.
• Conduct behavioral and technical screening and support a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, industry-specific, and export-control hiring requirements.
• Strengthen employer branding, attend industry events, track recruiting analytics, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in aerospace technology, high-tech manufacturing, advanced engineering environments, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success sourcing technical talent in competitive or cleared markets.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI sourcing tools; Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, judgment, problem-solving, collaboration, and process-improvement skills.
• Access to export-controlled technical data may require additional U.S. export-control screening; meeting eligibility requirements is a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace technology, high-tech manufacturing, or advanced engineering environments.
