Technical Recruiter (McGregor)

Location: McGregor, Texas; full-time onsite only. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for mission-critical technical and skilled-labor positions.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and recommend candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate onsite candidate experiences, including tours and interview participation.
• Manage offer processes, background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Ability to work with hiring managers, including director- and VP-level technical leaders, and build strong relationships with candidates.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
• Available to work onsite full-time in McGregor, Texas, including extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or person eligible to obtain the required U.S. authorizations.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting, SGA recruiting, in-house recruiting, or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers or skilled labor.
• Experience evaluating recruiting data and using non-standard sourcing methods, including cold outreach, networking events, and targeted campaigns.
