Technical Recruiter (McGregor) (Aerospace): Recruiting and onboarding engineering and skilled-labor talent for mission-critical aerospace positions with an accent on full-cycle sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring-manager partnership. What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for technical and skilled-labor positions.
• Recommend qualified candidates and participate in interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Manage onsite candidate tours and coordinate the overall candidate experience.
• Lead offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns and use creative outreach methods to engage passive candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in McGregor, Texas; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
• Must satisfy or be eligible to obtain ITAR-related U.S. Government export authorization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong relationship-building, candidate-evaluation, and hiring-manager communication skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting or SGA recruiting experience.
• In-house, high-volume, and full-life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineers and skilled labor.
• Experience with recruiting data analysis, cold outreach, networking events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Experience working directly with director- and VP-level technical leaders.
