Technical Recruiter (Bastrop)

Location: Bastrop, TX (Austin area); onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen applicants and source passive candidates for mission-critical technical roles.
• Evaluate candidates with hiring managers and recommend candidates for interviews.
• Guide candidates through onsite visits, including tours and interview coordination.
• Manage the offer process, including background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or an associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must work onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX; remote and hybrid work are not available.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively, multitask, and manage tasks through completion.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical or SGA recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing, aerospace engineering, electrical or mechanical engineering, and skilled-labor recruiting.
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through closing.
• Experience with recruiting data, non-standard sourcing methods, and targeted talent campaigns.
• Ability to partner with director- and VP-level technical leaders and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
