Sr. Technical Recruiter (Redmond)

Location: Redmond, WA, Seattle area; full-time onsite. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annual base salary, Level 3.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for mission-critical technical and skilled-labor positions.
• Evaluate candidates, recommend finalists, and participate in interviews.
• Coordinate onsite candidate visits, including tours and the overall candidate experience.
• Manage offers, background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns and use non-standard recruiting methods to engage hard-to-reach talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience, associate degree and 6+ years of experience, or 7+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience and experience with full life-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with in-house, high-volume, SGA, engineering, aerospace, or skilled-labor recruiting.
• Ability to evaluate recruiting data, identify high-performing talent, and work with limited direction.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, including director- and VP-level technical leaders.
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed and work full-time onsite in Redmond, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Demonstrated success with cold calling, networking events, industry-expert outreach, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
