Sr. Technical Recruiter (Redmond)

Location: Redmond, WA (Seattle area); full-time onsite. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 per year (Level 3), with potential stock or long-term cash awards, discretionary bonuses, and an employee stock purchase plan.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups to define headcount plans, requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for technical, aerospace, engineering, and skilled labor positions.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring teams and participate in interview evaluations.
• Manage candidate onsite experiences, including tours and interview coordination.
• Run offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; alternatively, an associate degree and 6+ years of experience, or 7+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing through closing.
• Ability to work with hiring managers, including director- and VP-level technical leaders.
• Ability to build relationships, evaluate talent, manage multiple priorities, and work with limited direction.
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be eligible to meet U.S. ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of technical recruiting and SGA recruiting experience.
• In-house, high-volume, electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or skilled labor recruiting experience.
• Experience using non-standard sourcing methods, recruiting data, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
