Sr. Technical Recruiter (Bastrop)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups to define headcount needs, requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for mission-critical technical and skilled-labor roles.
• Recommend leading candidates for interviews and participate in evaluations with hiring teams.
• Conduct candidate tours and coordinate the onsite interview experience.
• Manage offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.
• Adjust recruiting priorities and manage candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience; alternatively, an associate degree with 6+ years or 7+ years of recruiting experience without a degree.
• Experience with technical recruiting, in-house recruiting, high-volume recruiting, and full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers or skilled labor.
• Ability to evaluate recruiting data, distinguish exceptional talent, and use non-standard sourcing methods.
• Ability to work directly with hiring managers, including director- and VP-level technical leaders, while managing multiple priorities with limited direction.
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed and must satisfy U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.
