Sr. Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Bastrop, TX; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for mission-critical technical, engineering, and skilled-labor positions.
• Evaluate candidates and recommend top applicants for interviews.
• Coordinate onsite candidate experiences, including tours and interview participation.
• Manage offer processes, background checks, negotiations, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience; alternatively, an associate degree and 6+ years, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, high-volume recruiting, and in-house recruiting.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers or skilled labor.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and partner directly with senior technical hiring leaders.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be eligible under ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or applicant eligible to obtain the required authorizations.
