What you will do

• Lead multiple low- to moderately complex engineering projects supporting mass production and continuous improvement.
• Develop project plans and schedules, identify critical-path tasks and risks, and track milestones, cost, and performance.
• Lead technical trade-off discussions with product management and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Interpret engineering data and recommend designs involving simulation, materials and heat treatments, tolerance stacks, statics and dynamics, and noise and vibration analysis.
• Work with suppliers and global teams to define specifications, resolve issues, and meet performance and cost requirements.
• Coordinate qualification testing for product safety, durability, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience managing low- to moderately complex product development projects.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of DFMA, cost modeling, teardown benchmarking, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, project leadership, CAD, testing, and project management skills; up to 10% international travel is required.
