Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite role with 10% travel

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and complex systems using defined methods, measurement techniques, and new technologies.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and prepare technical specifications, reports, presentations, and product documentation.
• Develop and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation within safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve engineering issues and support product development.
• Train engineers in measurement, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution methodologies; lead functional teams or projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.
