Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Evening shift: 2 PM–1 AM, Monday–Friday, with some weekends and holidays; additional or irregular hours may be required.

What you will do

• Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from multiple sources to identify trends.
• Evaluate operational processes and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators.
• Work with departments and offshore vendors to understand operational challenges and support appropriate staffing.
• Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to support consistency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work the specified evening shift and occasional weekends or holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified at hire.
• Ability to comply with security policies and work at a computer for extended periods.
