ITSM Operations Analyst - IT - Full Time

Location: Remote - New Hampshire, United States; work shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00

What you will do

• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and data packets.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from IT systems and ITSM tools.
• Produce accurate, timely, and actionable insights on IT initiatives, operations, and service performance.
• Translate complex technical and operational information into clear communications for executive, clinical, and operational audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience, certifications, and education.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Significant experience with Epic EHR environments.
• Epic certification in one or more application modules is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
