Strategy & Operations Analyst

Location: New York, NY area; must be within a 45-minute commute of New York City and work four days per week in the NYC office.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 base compensation per year, with target total cash compensation of $82,000–$110,000 per year including potential bonus.

What you will do

• Own territory mapping, book building, and account assignment for the Outreach organization.
• Partner with Outreach leadership and Talent Acquisition on hiring locations, role openings, workforce planning, and rep coverage.
• Support regional reshuffling, market expansion, and changes to account and representative coverage.
• Build and maintain analyses and planning tools for total addressable market, capacity, hiring strategy, and Community Engagement planning.
• Improve territory mapping, workforce planning, book-building, and Outreach workflows through scalable operational enhancements.
• Analyze business metrics, prepare recommendations, and present findings to Growth Strategy leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–1 years of full-time work experience; relevant internship experience in a startup, consulting, or investment banking environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency.
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of New York City and be able to work four days per week in the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
• Relevant internship experience in a startup, consulting, or investment banking setting.
