What you will do

  • Build and maintain hospital, professional, and ASC contracts within the Epic system.
  • Manage underpayment AR for assigned payors and successfully recover funds on underpaid accounts.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance teams on contract building and analysis requests.
  • Perform reimbursement impact analyses to support financial decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to illuminate higher-level strategic insights that impact business operations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance, contracting, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret financial results, operational metrics, and clinical outcomes.
  • Must be based in Pennsylvania to work from home.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification.
  • Experience with hospital, physician, and ASC contracts within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of R, Python, or other statistical/programming tools.
