What you will do

  • Support senior analysts in building hospital, professional, and ambulatory surgery center contracts in Epic.
  • Manage underpayment accounts receivable for assigned payors and recover underpaid accounts.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance teams on contract-building and analysis requests.
  • Perform analyses supporting reimbursement impact assessments.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance, contracting, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze financial results, operational metrics, clinical outcomes, and other detailed datasets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and work independently with supervisor or peer support.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification.
  • Experience with hospital, physician, and ambulatory surgery center contracts or healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with R, Python, or other statistical and programming tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and hospital or physician practice operations.
