Location: Oakland, California, United States; hybrid work model with two days in the office each week and travel to other global locations as needed.

Salary: $169,465–$211,831 USD annually for the Oakland location.

What you will do

• Set the strategic vision for workplace experiences and lead the Workplace & Engagement team across 10 global office locations.
• Partner with Finance and senior stakeholders on office-space strategy, global budgets, and portfolio management.
• Define criteria for leased offices versus flexible workplace options such as WeWork, Spaces, and Regus.
• Lead the global employee experience calendar and company events strategy, with a focus on inclusion and belonging.
• Own vendor selection, service contracts, RFPs, performance reviews, and workplace metrics across all locations.
• Represent Workplace & Engagement in senior leadership forums and translate workplace strategy into business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of workplace, facilities, or office management experience, including significant multi-country or global office portfolio experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
• Experience with commercial real estate, lease terms, negotiations, international brokers, and flexible office solutions.
• Ability to build business cases, manage global budgets, and use workplace data to make recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership in global experience design or culture-building programs.
• Strong prioritization, influencing, collaboration, and change-management skills.
