Workplace Experience Manager

Location: Kirkland, Washington, United States

Salary: $94,700–$140,180 per year in Washington at the start of employment, with potential bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Manage daily facilities operations and workplace experience for a defined studio location.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, sustainability, desk management, and service ticketing.
• Build relationships with studio leadership and partner with global Workplace and Real Estate teams.
• Manage vendors, contracts, procurement, invoices, budgets, and service quality.
• Lead small works, capital improvements, office moves, renovations, and space reconfigurations.
• Coordinate business continuity and emergency response while leading and mentoring a small Workplace team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Workplace or Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in workplace or facilities operations.
• Experience overseeing a multidisciplinary function in a creative, technical, or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience with vendor management, space planning, capital works, and workplace compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, change management, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building systems, health and safety standards, sustainability, and workplace technology platforms such as Outlook, G-Suite, Slack, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and AutoCAD.
