Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing (Night Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA. Night shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., plus every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Hiring salary range: $68,483–$86,590 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise associates across assigned manufacturing departments and provide resources to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Monitor production goals, processing schedules, productivity, quality, and service-level performance.
• Manage attendance records, performance evaluations, advancement recommendations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify root causes of operational failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate department status and operational issues to incoming management and senior leadership.
• Maintain quality assurance standards in collaboration with the Quality Services team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and support an inclusive environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work the specified overnight schedule onsite in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience driving safety culture improvements and Kaizen initiatives.
