Lead Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Baltimore, MD; hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 base annually, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses or incentives.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and financial analyses.
• Explain variances against forecasts and budgets.
• Support long-term planning, short-term forecasting, and in-year forecast revisions.
• Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accurate accruals and financial entries.
• Structure financial and non-financial data into clear, repeatable reporting and analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and complete ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment and challenge the status quo.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OneStream, Coupa, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL.
