Lead Financial Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools for financial visibility, consolidation, and executive reviews.
• Partner with business unit finance teams and Corporate FP&A to define requirements and improve reporting capabilities.
• Drive process and systems improvements for forecast and actuals cycles.
• Deliver financial analysis and narratives supporting planning, close, and executive decision-making.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support for the Segment CFO and leadership team.
• Own headcount and labor modeling for quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and target setting.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business finance.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, or SAP BPC.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and executive presentation development.
• Experience with P&L reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and financial narratives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve finance workflows.
• Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
