TL;DR
Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator (Energy Infrastructure): Conducting job-site visits, HSE audits, incident investigations, and emergency response for energy infrastructure projects with an accent on compliance, safety communication, and field operations. Location: Brattleboro, Vermont, United States; travel to projects across the United States for up to 100% of the time. Work includes 30 days on and 10 days off rotations, with flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Expected salary range: $94,000–$129,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Visit project job sites and conduct health, safety, and environmental audits.
  • Investigate incidents and support emergency response activities.
  • Assist operations with the compliance and communication of HSE programs.
  • Lead or support safety meetings, employee training, and new-hire orientations.
  • Travel to energy infrastructure projects across the United States and support field operations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a safety role and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
  • Valid driver license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% across the United States.
  • Ability to work 30 days on and 10 days off rotations.
  • Ability to work flexible and varied schedules, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

  • Experience building substations.
  • Board of Certified Safety Professionals or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentials.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
