Field Safety Supervisor

Location: Field Office, Colorado; 75% field presence and travel required

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Support field operations by auditing workflows, enforcing safety programs, mitigating dangerous acts and conditions, and coaching personnel.
• Conduct job-site audits and inspections and monitor field conditions to report safety performance to management.
• Investigate incidents, participate in root cause analysis, and assist with corrective actions.
• Support first aid, medical care, and emergency response processes.
• Help develop journey management plans and site-specific safety plans.
• Communicate safety policies, campaigns, procedures, and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with HSSEQ management systems and their application.
• Bachelor of Science in Safety or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ANSI Z10, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety management programs is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, self-supervise tasks and metrics, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, and at heights, and lift 25 pounds.
