Location: Hybrid role based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; travel up to 20%, including possible overnight and weekend travel.

What you will do

  • Lead comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, messaging, and tactical execution for the bladder cancer portfolio.
  • Develop nurse education, patient support, disease education, treatment support, and patient activation strategies.
  • Drive patient and Patient Care Team engagement initiatives and omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate actionable marketing insights.
  • Partner with commercial strategy, sales, sales learning and development, medical affairs, internal stakeholders, and agencies.
  • Translate patient, caregiver, and provider insights into customer-centric strategies supporting treatment adoption, persistence, and portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced related degree is helpful.
  • At least 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, managed care account management, pricing, related fields, or a qualified leadership development program.
  • Proficiency in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including possible overnight and weekend travel.
