Marketing Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on qualifications; eligible for an annual bonus program or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals while supporting high-quality campaign execution.
• Drive audience growth and event recruitment for conferences, roundtables, and virtual experiences.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and refine brand strategies based on insights.
• Develop and manage content distribution across digital channels for pharmacy and healthcare audiences.
• Collaborate with editorial, sales, and event teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across assigned brands.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering high-performing marketing initiatives in the pharmacy or life sciences space.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and event marketing trends.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and tight deadlines independently.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Copilot.
