Market Access Director Oncology

What you will do

• Lead market access strategy and execution for in-country oncology product launches.
• Develop value propositions, objection handlers, launch-readiness activities, and pricing and reimbursement strategies.
• Synthesize payer insights and analyze market access trends, competitor dynamics, and market archetypes.
• Guide affiliates in preparing reimbursement dossiers and managing payer negotiations within defined price corridors.
• Recommend payer strategies, evidence-generation plans, data-collection approaches, and value-demonstration activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional input, develop annual tactical plans, manage budgets and vendors, and maintain reimbursement tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of in-country market access experience or global commercial strategy experience.
• At least 7 years of in-country oncology market access experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or leading product launches in a market access context, including pricing, reimbursement strategies, payer negotiations, and reimbursement dossiers.
• Ability to integrate payer evidence needs into clinical development programs and identify evidence gaps.
• Strong project and process management skills, with experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams and building effective stakeholder relationships.
