Production Operations Analyst I (Financial Technology)

Location: Scottsdale, United States; hybrid work model. The role supports the Fri-Sun 10am-11pm shift and requires eligibility to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $21.15–$25.00 per hour in Phoenix, AZ, plus eligibility for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide production application, system, and network support to internal and external customers.
• Monitor production applications and systems to confirm successful input and output file delivery.
• Troubleshoot missing or unsuccessful file deliveries and escalate unresolved issues.
• Perform incident triage, document events in ticketing systems, and track escalated issues through resolution.
• Monitor operational stability and identify gaps in analytics protocols for automated solutions.
• Create and maintain operational documentation to support audit requirements and knowledge-base use.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one year of work experience or on-the-job training.
• Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire.
• Availability for different schedules, including nights and weekends; this role works Friday through Sunday, 10am–11pm.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and IBM Mainframe operating systems, plus Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to research and resolve basic technical issues, follow documented procedures, prioritize work, and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Successful background and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience supporting batch and real-time payment applications.
• Previous experience in computer operations, application support, or customer support.
