What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT helpdesk requests and staff support.
• Manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets, including deployment, shipping, and inventory maintenance.
• Collaborate with HR and Security teams to execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer MDM systems and secure endpoint devices in alignment with security policies.
• Implement automation workflows and manage enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Provide training to staff on IT-related topics and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Must be available to cover Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration.
• Proven experience with automation, scripting, SSO configurations, and cloud-centric environments.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and traditional LAN/WAN environments.
