Enterprise Operations Senior Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work

Salary: $102,000–$118,000 annually for roles located in Illinois, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as Incident Commander during critical outages and high-priority incidents, leading technical bridge calls and escalation paths.
• Coordinate rapid service restoration and provide clear real-time updates to executives, stakeholders, and global teams.
• Monitor mission-critical infrastructure and enterprise applications across hybrid on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
• Perform proactive health checks, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution across infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and maintain service continuity.
• Prepare shift handover reports, incident retrospectives, trend analyses, and operational improvement metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations or NOC/ITOC environments.
• At least 5 years of proven Major Incident Management leadership, including bridge call facilitation, executive communications, and service restoration.
• Advanced experience with infrastructure monitoring tools including Splunk, Datadog, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and SolarWinds.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, and Cisco networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong Azure, hybrid infrastructure, ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM, and scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or VBScript.
• Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and preserve confidentiality.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center, Office 365, Zoom, or collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting legal industry IT environments with strict SLA expectations.
• Experience creating runbooks, automating operations, and tracking KPIs.
