Application Support Analyst

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, or Cincinnati, Ohio; onsite preferred, remote possible. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

What you will do

• Provide tier 1/2 support for enterprise and program-specific applications, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor application performance and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage support tickets through resolution using an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with development, database, business analysis, and infrastructure teams on complex technical issues.
• Support application deployments, patches, upgrades, staging tests, documentation, and Change Advisory Board processes.
• Assist with access reviews, audit support, disaster recovery testing, and occasional after-hours or on-call support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in application support, help desk, or IT operations.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, eligibility to access ITAR/EAR and CUI information, and successful completion of a background investigation are required.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments and SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in a DoD or federal contracting environment.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12, Infor Visual Manufacturing, or Infor LN A&D.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53/800-171, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• ITIL Foundation, Security+, or similar certification; willingness to pursue a future security clearance.
