TL;DR
Application Analyst (.NET/Angular/SQL Server): Supporting business-critical enterprise web applications in a nuclear IT environment with an accent on production reliability, application administration, and cross-environment support. Focus on troubleshooting APIs, databases, Windows servers, and incidents while delivering migrations, modernization upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; hybrid attendance required and remote work is not an option.
Pay: W2 employment only; C2C is not accepted. Duration: 12+ months.

What you will do
- Support business-critical enterprise web applications across Production, QA, and Development environments in a nuclear IT setting.
- Troubleshoot .NET backend APIs, Angular front ends, SQL Server databases, Windows servers, service accounts, integrations, and browser compatibility.
- Perform application migrations, server moves, database transitions, sustainability upgrades, and legacy .NET modernization.
- Manage application configuration, user access, endpoints, email settings, dependencies, documentation, code repositories, and support procedures.
- Coordinate incidents, upgrades, testing, validation, deployments, and post-upgrade defect resolution with DBAs, infrastructure teams, vendors, business analysts, and business owners.
Requirements
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments.
- Strong application administration, user access management, incident resolution, and change management skills.
- Proficiency with .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Windows server environments.
- Experience participating in application upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining operational reliability and customer service.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting engineering, training, compliance, or other regulated business functions.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices covering incident, request, problem, and change processes.
- Experience with vendor-managed applications, software deployments, infrastructure teams, or endpoint support.
