Senior Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications, with eligibility for an annual bonus or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and other digital channels.
• Create marketing content and assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Support event marketing through registration campaigns, promotional materials, and on-site engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, product, editorial, marketing, and leadership teams; mentor junior team members when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in media, publishing, or B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and paid media.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar marketing platforms.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or Copilot.
