What you will do

• Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with EHS business objectives and growth priorities.
• Lead SEO strategy, including technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Develop and manage paid search, display, retargeting, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and technical experts to create lead-generating content and digital journeys.
• Analyze performance metrics using GA4 and AI tools to evaluate ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate campaign effectiveness to business leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or demand generation.
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics (GA4, Data Studio).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
• Must be based in the United States.
