Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager

Location: Eagan, Minnesota (office), with occasional presence at construction job sites

Salary: $112,640–$163,840 annually

What you will do

• Manage project financials, billings, projections, cash flow, cost codes, WBS, schedules, and billing documentation.
• Develop proposed change orders and communicate cost and schedule impacts to clients.
• Lead general foremen, foremen, crews, internal departments, vendors, and external project partners.
• Direct project planning through purchasing, engineering, subletting, and installation.
• Build customer relationships and address office- and field-related concerns to maintain project health and customer satisfaction.
• Review project financial standing with project executives, partners, and customers in monthly meetings.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of electrical construction operations experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, NEC, OSHA, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, manage budgets, control costs, and manage risks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, Accubid Enterprise, and electrical schematics.
