Electrical Project Manager

Location: Temple, Texas, United States — onsite. The role requires frequent construction-site visits, work outside at the job site most of the time, and up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors while coordinating responsibilities and performance.
• Allocate materials, equipment, personnel, and vendor services, and manage procurement and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project execution, budgets, schedules, safety protocols, quality standards, and client communication.
• Manage scope changes and change orders, maintain documentation, and prepare progress reports.
• Complete project reviews, deliverables, final reports, and invoices at project closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent Project Manager experience in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification, with commitment to safety and quality standards.
