Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Leander, TX; frequent construction-site work and ability to work outside and at the job site most of the time required. Travel up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors while assigning work and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, personnel, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor execution, budgets, timelines, safety protocols, quality standards, and electrical code compliance.
• Manage change orders and scope adjustments, communicate project status, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Lead project reviews and closure, including final deliverables, reports, and invoices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Experience handling multiple projects, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification and commitment to safety and quality standards.
