Client Services Associate

Location: Lamar, Colorado, United States; onsite retail branch role

Compensation: $16.54–$22.67 per hour

What you will do

• Process prompt and accurate financial transactions according to bank policies and procedures.
• Profile new and existing customers and recommend tailored banking products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, referrals, and other customer requests.
• Resolve customer issues, provide prompt feedback, and support branch goals.
• Safeguard customer information, follow regulations, and participate in community and bank-sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow security and regulatory procedures.
