Commercial Client Services Representative (Treasury Management)

Location: Fully onsite at 5885 Meadows Road, Suite 300, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035, United States

Salary: $22.61–$30.00 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for corporate and commercial deposit clients.
• Answer banking and Treasury Management questions through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Support account implementation, funds transfer and stop payment requests, transaction posting issues, and error resolution.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and business partners, provide client updates, and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while meeting service standards and aiming for one-call resolution.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, security requirements, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in banking, Treasury Management products, new accounts, lending loan processing or documentation, and customer service.
• Knowledge of bank payment systems, account operations, banking services, commercial banking products, and complex business entities.
• Understanding of applicable banking laws, regulations, accounting, financial procedures, and market and interest rate impacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, judgment, and multitasking skills.
• Strong technical skills with Windows Office Suite, spreadsheets, and industry-specific software.
• High school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
