Base salary: $37,125–$61,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver customer service interactions that support financial wellbeing, customer loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process branch and teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers about financial transaction options, banking products, technology, and available resources.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff through lobby engagement and outbound interactions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and support proactive sales conversations.
• Follow branch policies, procedures, risk-management requirements, and fraud-prevention practices.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university or college degree is required.
• Customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, digital tools, and customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities, and follow established procedures.
