Branch Banking - Client Consultant II (Banking)

Location: Angola, IN 46703, United States; full-time branch-based role

Pay range: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Explain banking products and deliver client education tailored to financial needs.
• Support deposit, loan, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition growth targets.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners when specialist support is needed.
• Handle lending, basic investment, sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Complete moderately complex special projects and help train and mentor colleagues on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, approved high school equivalency, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work in the Angola branch location and follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
