Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Banking)

Location: Boynton Beach, FL 33472-4423; onsite branch work

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Resolve client account questions, problems, and complaints through research and clear communication.
• Provide product details and tailored solutions addressing clients’ financial needs.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Identify client needs and introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners.
• Handle sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable policies.
• Participate in moderately complex special projects and mentor colleagues on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and proactive collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, business acumen, and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Additional financial services industry experience.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
