Software Developer - Euna Grants (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Oakville, Ontario, with three days per week in the Oakville office

Compensation: $94,200–$117,700 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and test software applications across the Euna Grants product suite.
• Own the quality and correctness of handwritten and AI-assisted code.
• Support and troubleshoot production software, including tooling and agent-output issues.
• Present design and implementation patterns during code quality reviews and demonstrate new features to stakeholders.
• Use AI and agentic coding tools to support software design, implementation, and testing.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of .NET web development experience, including ASP.NET MVC and/or RESTful APIs/WebAPI in ASP.NET C#.
• 1+ year implementing AI solutions in business environments using agentic frameworks, RESTful APIs, and tool integrations for LLM-based systems.
• 1+ year of software development experience focused on AI-integrated applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work hybrid with three days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office.

Nice to have

• Frontend web development experience with HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, Knockout, TypeScript, and/or React.
• Experience supporting SaaS products in production.
• Exposure to Claude-powered agents or similar LLM systems.
• Familiarity with MCP and agent tools and connectors.
