Software Developer (AI)

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States; onsite support for the Corpus Christi Army Depot. Must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Department of War security clearance, and able to travel up to 15% of the time.

What you will do

• Integrate databases containing parts, technical data, repair, and overhaul information.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve reviews of maintenance and overhaul plans, parts research, and trend analysis.
• Extract data from multiple databases and analyze trends.
• Coordinate development activities with engineers, programmers, analysts, and management.
• Support CREATE Lab repair development and reverse engineering efforts.
• Track emerging technologies and best practices to improve development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least three years of programming or engineering experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Department of War security clearance.
• Availability to work in Corpus Christi, Texas, and travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D scanning, reverse engineering, repair development, technical data package generation, or additive manufacturing.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• SQL database experience.
• Experience with Power BI or alternative data visualization tools.
