Manager, Global Credit Finance - ABF (Asset Backed Finance)

Location: New York, NY; 4 days per week in-office

Base salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year, plus potential eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive program.

What you will do

• Support fundraising activities, including marketing data analysis, due diligence questionnaires, side-letter reviews, and fund closing processes.
• Coordinate fund and deal closings with investment, legal, tax, and middle-office teams, including entity formation and tax documentation.
• Manage and review capital calls, distributions, carry waterfalls, management fees, allocations, valuations, and fund performance metrics.
• Oversee quarterly fund closes, cash and position reconciliations, financial statements, carry calculations, and capital statements.
• Coordinate investor updates, tax reviews, audit requests, public company reporting deliverables, and ad hoc investor analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration, double major, or minor strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience required, preferably in private equity.
• Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements and the credit investment universe, including CLOs, term loans, and revolvers.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under strict deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
