HCM Product Analyst (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 base annually; total estimated compensation including incentive opportunity: $66,000–$88,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions across Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and related HCM modules.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality to support business objectives and improve the user experience.
• Partner with Human Resources, Benefits, Resource Management, Operations, Finance, Reporting, Integrations, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare mass data updates and bulk data loads, including year-end processing activities.
• Lead and support testing, validation, deployment, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and resolve end-user inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience with Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence, and/or Payroll.
• Experience with Workday Time, Absence, or Payroll concepts and configuration, or strong business knowledge with the ability to learn complex systems.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and exposure to Workday or similar reporting tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
