Location: Remote, Louisiana, United States; travel to designated client sites for training is required.

Salary: $71,280–$81,098 per year.

What you will do

  • Deliver Workday and SaaS product implementation and support activities from discovery through onboarding.
  • Consult with client decision-makers on HCM configuration, business needs, implementation strategies, and best practices.
  • Document functional specifications and complete advanced configuration, testing, and validation across payroll, compensation, time, absence, talent, recruiting, learning, benefits, security, and reporting workflows.
  • Lead client status meetings, identify escalations, resolve data-conversion and onboarding issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative-level Workday training and manage client training materials.
  • Mentor HCM Analysts and serve as a subject matter expert on functionality, training design, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field, or four years of related experience.
  • Five to seven years of systems integration or enterprise HRMS product implementation experience.
  • In-depth HR, payroll, accounting, reporting, tax setup, and federal, state, and local tax requirements knowledge.
  • Experience working with high-touch, large, complex mid-market clients and conducting customer-facing meetings.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of cross-departmental systems integration, including time and attendance and benefits.
