Principal Product Analyst - Workday Delivery Lead (HR Tech)

Location: Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; San Francisco, California; or Washington, DC. Must be on U.S. soil and qualify as a U.S. person.

Salary: $170,000–$233,200 USD annual base salary for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $151,000–$207,900 USD annual base salary for other applicable locations. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-quarter, executive-sponsored initiatives across Workday Core HCM, compensation, benefits, equity, and total rewards systems.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, business processes, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
• Act as the delivery conduit between Product Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Manage prioritized backlogs and delivery from scoping through completion within a Scrum framework.
• Identify risks, resolve impediments and requirement trade-offs, and facilitate scoping workshops.
• Provide functional leadership and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Ability to analyze issues spanning multiple applications, processes, and data factors.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, consensus-building, strategic thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience guiding teams, facilitating workshops, and mentoring colleagues.
• Must work on U.S. soil and be a U.S. person; working on a U.S. visa does not qualify.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or automation initiatives in an HR technology ecosystem.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
