Distribution Specialist Trainer - Vegas

Location: Onsite at 6050 East North Belt Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $47,860–$54,912 USD annually, plus an eligible annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Assist with initial training, certification, and recertification for full-time, new-hire, and contingent distribution workers.
• Train associates on procedures across shipping, picking, receiving, and other distribution specialist positions.
• Document findings, provide feedback to area coaches, and communicate associate concerns and suggestions to management.
• Evaluate new-hire performance and provide input for employment-retention decisions.
• Review and audit written SOP training documentation for accuracy and process changes.
• Support quality, inventory, order accuracy, productivity, housekeeping, and safety programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, and one to two years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with management and associates.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, influence others, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple training shifts at the Las Vegas distribution center.

• Forklift Certified Trainer certification.
