ERP Project Manager

Location: Covington, Kentucky, USA; travel of at least 30% required.

What you will do

• Lead multiple ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, communications, and governance structures.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, ERP vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, change management, and the transition from legacy systems while maintaining operational continuity.
• Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, status reporting, and alignment across competing stakeholder priorities.
• Manage the enterprise use-case backlog and coordinate delivery planning with data analysts, data engineers, and platform teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Experience integrating new businesses resulting from mergers and acquisitions is required.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Smartsheet experience is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing organization.
• PMP or another relevant certification.
• Smartsheet experience.
